In a village with a preserved old structure (church, manor house, steward's house etc.). Find peace and quiet away from mass tourism (Baltic Sea) and still reach the town and beach within 1/2 hour.
The completely fenced property is 10000 square metres large and has park character. In a fenced-off area there is a small flock of sheep that can be fed with bread (!). There are several shady or sunny seating and sunbathing areas. A charcoal barbecue is available.
In the middle of this small oasis of old trees and secluded corners of the garden stands the old vicarage from 1743 and right next to it the former wash house, which now houses the holiday flat of the same name. The flat has a living room with an open-plan kitchen and wood-burning stove, a bathroom and a bedroom on the first floor with a double bed and a "cupboard bed" that your child will love. The flat is heated exclusively by the wood-burning stove. Logs can be purchased per basket from the landlady as required. The bathroom is heated with an infrared heater. The hot water is provided by an instantaneous water heater.
The garden is equally available to all residents, but the "Waschhaus" flat also has its own terrace.
The house is situated on a large plot on the edge of the small village of Petschow. The village is surrounded by meadows and fields. There are plenty of opportunities for those who enjoy outdoor activities. A bathing lake can be reached by bike or car (2 km).
