Positive: The rooms were nice. The beds were comfortable and the location was exactly what we wanted. There was only one of the employees at the desk was friendly and helpful. This was our first stay in Downtown Seattle. A little information would have been helpful. A guide to amenities would really be helpful in the rooms. The house keepers were so friendly and could answer our questions. They were the best employees of all.

Negative: The service at the restaurant was nonexistent. We waited 45 minutes at a table after being seated and no one came to ask for drink orders or even acknowledged our presence. The included breakfast was unavailable unless you waited over an hour. The only other problem was our bathtub. The surface was so slippery my husband almost fell in the shower, the water would not drain fast enough. You had to stand in ankle deep water to shower.

Summary: The location was amazing. The beds comfy. We enjoyed our stay but most likely will not book again
