It is 3 minutes to Brambleton Shopping Center which has a grocery store, public library, dining options and movie theater; 10-minute drive to the W&OD trail; 10 mins to new Ashburn train station; 15 mins to IAD airport; 15 mins to Virginia wine country; 40 mins to Washington, DC.
