Boasting 2,340 sq ft, this beach house offers plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach. Prepare family dinners in the gourmet kitchen featuring a gas stovetop, double ovens, a dishwasher, and a side-by-side fridge/freezer. Enjoy the covered back deck with ample dining and patio furniture for the whole crew to relax and listen to the ocean waves. Upstairs, accessible from two exterior staircases, guests will find the beautifully decorated master suite featuring a king bed and an ensuite bath. The other side of the upstairs offers two bedrooms with queen beds, a guest bathroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. On the lower level, a separate bungalow has a queen-size sofa bed, two queen bedrooms, one full bathroom, an accessible laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a 2nd full kitchen. With all that space, this lovely home can sleep up to 14 comfortably. Enjoy relaxing on the 3 large expansive decks! Outside, you will find a beautiful private pool that can be heated or cooled (see details below regarding parameters and fees), a putting green (Putters and balls supplied), a propane grill, an outdoor shower, and ample parking. *The pool can be heated and cooled for an additional fee. Pool heating costs $60 per day and will not be available if the outdoor temperature is below 65 degrees. The pool may only reach 75 degrees when heated (Note: the pool is not a hot tub, it is a heated pool). Pool cooling costs $50 per day and can be done if the water temperature is over 88 degrees.*
