Positive: I like the water view and short walk to the beach. I liked that dishes and linens and coffee etc were provided along with stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave … although we only had four I like that it can sleep 8-10 easily.
Negative: The bedrooms were a little warm since the a/c is in the living room but I found a box fan in the closet and it made it manageable.
