Positive: Location within Fiddler's Cove was very convenient to large pool area & the gate to head to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and had a wonderful washer & dryer. Also, I didn't see a single bug/insect in the unit in all 7 days! This is a big plus since often in the South, and with rental units in bigger complexes, it's hard to avoid. The owner was great and very quickly responded to any questions we had. The complex had 24-hour security and a gate house to enter and leave through. We felt very safe and had no security issues at all. It also had 4 beach chairs and a beach wagon. Saw a beach umbrella but we had our own.
Negative: The unit was a little outdated but it is a rental. It was decorated in a beachy theme and the living room area was very comfortable.
Summary: Great place to stay!
