Perfect for Multiple Families:
Top Floor: King bedroom (sleeps 2) with en suite bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, two queen bedrooms (each sleep 2), and a shared hallway bathroom.
Bottom Floor: Queen bedroom (sleeps 2) with en suite bathroom, small sitting area, full bathroom, game room with ping pong table with sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), and a bunk room with four twin beds (sleeps 4).
Family-Friendly Layout: Ideal for families with kids, the floorplan allows for just enough separation for adults and children to enjoy their own spaces while still being close by.
Additional Information:
Parking: Accommodates up to 6 cars in the driveway. No on-street parking allowed.
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM. Early check-in (mid-Sept to April) available for an additional $25 per hour.
Damage Deposit: A $500 damage deposit hold on your card starts at check-in and is released 7 days after check-out, provided no damages occur.
