Decorated with a beachy cabin feel, you'll love the amenities and updated kitchen features that make this a fabulous vacation home for families. After a great day at the beach, enjoy an outdoor shower and lounge in the shady retreat of the rear deck. Room for the whole family with 3 BR + sleeping loft, 2.5 BA, off-street parking, CAC, W/D and dishwasher. Just a short walk to the ocean, bay, restaurants, shops and nightlife. Note: There is a steep ladder to loft bedroom. No Smoking or Pets please.
The Guest signing the agreement must be 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals, ALL Guests occupying the property must be 25 years of age. NO SENIOR WEEK GROUPS AT THIS PROPERTY.
Guests pay a 150.00 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
