Welcome to Wakelee Farms! This spacious 5000 square feet home with 40 acres of fields comfortably sleeps 12. Chef's kitchen with everything needed to cook for a big family. Massive lower level playroom is perfect for kids! Expansive decks with outdoor furniture (summer only), bbq grill and fire pit. Relax on the screened in porch with pond and mountain views. 40 acres of fields to enjoy with fully stocked trout pond, walking and hiking trails. Only a 20 minute drive to Mount Snow!
The Space:
6 bedrooms include a seperate in-law apartment perfect an extra couple or extended family. 4 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in the apartment attached to the main house.
Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 30 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property.
