Summary: Property exceeded our expectations. It's big and we had plenty of room to space out with our 7 person party. Usually properties are much smaller than the photos make it appear but this one was larger. There were tons of games and beach gear available for us to use. Pool and hot tub were smaller then expected but distance to beach was short. Beds were all very soft. There are a lot of stairs. If anyone has mobility issues, thats something to be aware of. There is an elevator available if needed. Because the house is so big, it did take some time to get cooler when we adjusted the a/c. There was only access to 1 side of the garage to pull in a vehicle but it worked out because our F150 was too big to fit anyways. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider it again.
