Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The location to the job we were working was convenient.
Negative: The code given to the room did not work upon arrival, after working all day. Was unable to contact anyone at the property to find out why we were unable to get in our room. Finally got someone at an 800# who gave the code to the lockbox. Once we opened the lockbox there was no key to let us in the room. We waited for 4 hours for a locksmith to show up and let us in. Had to extend our stay by a few days and was given 3 different prices for the extension. The entry code was changed and we had to call again to have it reset for the rest of our stay. It was very inconvenient and tiresome.
