With beautiful mountain views, this cozy townhouse is the perfect home base for your White Mountains family vacation! Conveniently located in the heart of the resort and all of its amenities, including skiing and golfing, this 3-bedroom 3-bathroom home is a great option for families looking to enjoy skiing, hiking, leaf peeping or just taking some time to relax in the mountain air. An end unit, it has great privacy and fantastic convenience, with direct access to the Mount Washington Place hiking loop, which it's adjacent to. A great trail for a morning or evening walk! And the views... wow! The windows were just replaced to maximize the viewing pleasure - and the view really is stunning, so much so that it was chosen by The Price is Right as a prize for its contestant! The carpet is also slated for replacement (will update when complete). The inviting open concept plan opens up to a living room which features a wood burning fireplace to warm you up while you enjoy the direct and close views of the slopes, a lazy hour of TV, or get a few things done using the free high speed wi-fi!

*Please Note: This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially Quiet Hours (10 pm - 8 am), Parking Limitations (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no Trash left outside must be followed. Propane and charcoal grill or any form of open fire is strictly forbidden within 10 feet of the building. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. Electronic noise monitoring is in use; the devices only monitor noise levels, and are 100% privacy compliant. -Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement to comply with insurance requirements. You can view a sample agreement on our website.
-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee.
-Parking Limit: 2 Vehicles. Overflow parking is available nearby. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
- No Pets and No Unauthorized Guests: Guest count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
