Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The view is lovely. As pictured. The building is usually quiet but we were unlucky as there was building work while we were there with very loud drilling sounds from one of the adjacent apartments. They didn’t leave until 7pm. There is a lovely coastal path for hiking you can access from the side of the building. You could manage to stay using public transportation as we saw a bus stop very close by which takes you into the village where you could arrive by train. The issue would be if you had suitcases or if you wanted to explore the area and get your own supplies. You would need a car. The beach is a short drive. The kitchen is clean and functional. It has all the basics for cooking simple meals. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. We apologise for the confusion re: the pans. There is a Tefal set with a removable handle in one of the drawers which fits on all the pots and pans. The person who manages the property drove all the way with replacements to show us. He was very prompt with replying to messages. (Sorry about that). On the plus side, it showed good customer service.
Negative: The bedrooms are tiny with extremely small beds. The smaller room is a cupboard converted into a bedroom with a bunk bed and vacuum/ sheet storage. The double room has a bed only slightly larger than a single. It’s not large enough for 2 adults. There is no storage or hanging for clothes. We had open suitcases all over the living space that we tripped over as there was no other choice.
Summary: Fantastic views. Too small for 4 people.
