You will find different ambiences outdoors; the landscaped entrance where the avant-garde design of the villa is perfectly contemplated, a fantastic swimming pool (heatable surcharge) and sunbeds arranged around it as a solarium, a covered area with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy a good read or a glass of wine and, through some stairs, you will find a barbecue area with a small kitchen and a high dining table.
The house itself is built in 280 square meter of a 580 square meter plot. It counts on 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms with shower, one of them “en suite”, and an additional toilet. Three beautiful bedrooms are located upstairs with fantastic ocean views. The ground floor offers a modern and spacious living room-kitchen, equipped down to the smallest detail: oven, microwave, refrigerator, wine cellar, toaster, ducted air conditioning, dining area and a wide TV area with a large sofa and views of the garden and over the pool.
The outside terrace can be accessed from any point of this room through its large sliding glass doors. In the basement, you will find a fantastic private Jacuzzi with television and a sauna, in addition to the bedroom and its complete bathroom, perfect for relaxing to the fullest on your vacation. For those who want to do some sport, they have an exercise room set with television where you will find a stationary bike and an elliptical treadmill.
Villa Vistamar MC is located just 6 minutes on foot from Melenara beach, 8 minutes from Salinetas and 10 minutes (on foot) to Playa del Hombre.
Other beaches such as La Garita, Hoya del Pozo and Balos are just 5 minutes away by car. The commercial area of La Mareta is just a few minutes away, where you will find big supermarkets, restaurants, recreational areas and shops of all kinds.
