With an open living and dining floor plan, guests are able to relax and enjoy all this home has to offer, including a gas fireplace in the living room The spacious kitchen is complimented by granite countertops and travertine stone. A wine fridge is available to protect your favorite wines.
The kitchen is equipped with all the places settings, glassware, cookware and accessories you will need to prepare the perfect meal. The private backyard offers you an open space, plus an enclosed private patio with a gas barbecue and comfortable seating. A serene creek flows at the edge of the property. There is a community pool and spa available for your use. We provide you with pool towels. The single car garage is available for guest use. This is where the full sized washer and dryer are located. Additional parking is available in the private driveway. Complimentary Internet/WiFi is included.
For stays of 60days or longer we will assist you with setting up a direct account for your gas and electric services. We do offer a 10% rental rate discount for stays of 60 days or longer. Upon completion of your booking, our Property Manager will create a rental agreement for you, with complete details. We will require a separate Security Deposit in the form of a check that is NOT cashed, but held in security until the guests departure. If you are planning to bring your pet, we would like you to know that our pet fee is based on the fact that we have carpets and all fabric furniture professionally cleaned following each pet visit.
