The modern duplex could really be called a townhouse, it is walking distance to the beach and it has its own private entrance which is divided on 3 floors. From the entrance, where you can store all your beach gear, go up the marble staircase to the spacious, light-filled living room, including a Sofa/Bed. A large open plan kitchen and dining area leads to the comfortable living room.
The dining table sits six whilst the newly fitted kitchen offers all appliances including dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, toaster and coffee maker. You can come and go through the large patio doors to the sunny south-west facing terrace with a modern BBQ, whether to eat inside or outside. Plenty of space to relax. There are 3 double bedrooms to choose from; 2 on this floor, and the master bedroom on the top floor. All with bathroom and shower. The master bedroom offers a deluxe king size bed with sea views, built-in wardrobe, safe, 22 inch TV, private access to the terrace and en-suite bathroom. While the second rear double bedroom has a bathroom just outside the bedroom door, overlooking the pool area and the tropical gardens of the community. The third bedroom has two single beds facing the south-west terrace.
You will love its top terrace with lounge chairs where you can spend long evenings with a bottle of fine regional wine and colorful sunsets that are only found on La Costa del Sol.
