The house is in a strategic point with the most beautiful areas of Salento just a few km away, because being located in the center of the two seas, on north wind days you can enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches or cliffs of the coast of Ionian Sea, just 6km from Porto Cesareo, 10km from the wonderful beaches of Torre Lapillo, 20km from Santa Maria al Bagno and on sirocco days you can reach the other beautiful Adriatic coast in just a few km such as the beautiful Torre Chianca, San Foca , Torre dell'ORSO, Otranto, and in the evening, 19km away, visit the beautiful Baroque-style city of Lecce.
