The location of My Dream House is simply fantastic!
From a central location in the Sesmarias urbanization, just 5 minutes' drive from Carvoeiro villa. Here you can find an excellent variety of restaurants, national and international, shops, bars, the beachfront and of course the beach itself.
Very cozy villa with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is fully independent and has a private pool with a very comfortable sun terrace for excellent sunbathing. Good sun exposure.
It has one bedroom with 2 single beds and two bedrooms with double bed. Excellent lounge with TV and dining room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Warm decoration typically Portuguese.
Outside the property there is a BBQ, table and chairs.
The house is fully fenced. There is no parking inside the property, but as it is a housing development the vehicles can be left by the house wall outside.
The pool is quite large and private. Around the pool there are sun loungers for lounging and sunbathing.
