PROPERTY DISCRIPTION;
We offer you this new build detached 3 bedroom villa. This delightful property is situated in the Stunning upmarket area of Puerto Santiago. Its truly stunning modern furnishings throughout makes this villa stand out from the rest.
You enter the villa from ground floor level which consists of Lounge, Separate dining room, kitchen and cloakroom.
The air conditioned lounge has white leather sofas and matching recliner chairs for 6 persons and is complimented. The large modern Kitchen has granite work surfaces and everything you need in a sophisticated home. The separate dining room has air conditioning and beautiful table and chairs seating 8 persons and patio doors leading to the outside gardens. This level also provides a separate WC. Enter the upper level via the beautiful marble staircase where you will find the 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom one is very spacious and has a king size bed, air conditioning, walk in wardrobes, TV with Spanish and English speaking channels, balcony overlooking the pool terrace with sea views over the ocean to the Island of La Gomera, an En suite which consists of his and hers sinks and shower cubicle. Bedrooms two and three have double beds and superb fitted wardrobes and fans. The family bathroom has a bath with shower attachment.
The outside of the villa has stunning sea views. The artifical lawned terrace has 6 sun loungers, there is outside eating area under a shaded pergola and another seating area with a stylish table and chairs for 6 people. The private heated pool is heated in the winter months end October to end of April to a 27 Degrees in temperature. The pool is approx 8 x 3.5 metre in size and is 1.30 to 1.50 metre in depth and has roman steps to walk into. There is also a BBQ for your enjoyment. There is secure private parking at the vila. This remarkable villa is everything you want and more and is very good value for money. All linen and towels are provided.
This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.
Due to popular demand we charge a small additional fee for school half term holiday weeks, if you process a booking over a school half term holiday week you will be notified of this fee. We require all young groups to contact us before making a booking. Also make sure you contact us before you wish to make a booking over the New Year period without the Christmas day period being booked first.

This villa is situated in the calm peaceful area of Puerto Santiago which is about 2 km from Los Gigantes. This is one of the most tranquil and exclusive resorts on the island of Tenerife. There are a couple of bars, restaurants and a large supermarket within a 300 metres from the villa. You have a newly built (2016) Mercadona supermarket which is the spanish equivalent to Tescos etc. This large supermarket is only meters from the villa which is very handy to have. The villa itself is on the edge of the resort and just a 20 minute walk to the sandy beach and main area of Puerto Santiago where you will find a large number of shops, banks, bars, restaurants etc. If you are looking for a location away from the more busier popular areas of Los Cristianos/Las Americas/Costa Adeje than this accommodation is perfect for you. Costa Adeje is only 20 minutes drive from the villa and Los Cristianos/Las Americas is a 25/30 minute drive.
There are stunning views across the bay to the island of La Gomera which rises majestically from the twinkling ocean like some romantic fairy castle. The magnificent Los Gigantes cliffs soar away down the coast beyond the village harbour helping create a sheltered year-round climate.
