Positive: Excellent villa, nicer than pictures show
Negative: Location. Unable to get taxi to collect us from villa into town or supermarket ( tried lots of local companies) no problem getting a taxi back to villa though. This obviously won't be an issue if you have a car but we assumed we could easily get taxis so it was inconvenient for us. Lots of building happening around the villa.
