Villa Terra is a new luxurious and elegant holiday villa situated in a quiet area of village Slatine on island Čiovo, conveniently located just 7 km from UNESCO protected city of Trogir and 13 km from Split airport.
This superbly furnished villa is part of the beachfront complex, Golden. It blends elegance, luxury, and functionality. Situated just 30 meters from a stunning pebble beach and crystal-clear sea, the villa offers an awe-inspiring panoramic view of the coast, mountains, and the city of Split.
Villa Terra consists of the basement, ground floor, first floor and second floor and covers a total of 280 m2 of living area. The villa has 3 double bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms, a living room with an open concept kitchen,3 half-baths and can accommodate up to 6 people. In one of the rooms with a double bed, there is also a bunk bed, providing accommodation for 2 additional small children.
In the basement, you can find a laundry room, a small gym, a Turkish sauna, and a half bath. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room adorned with high-quality furniture, a dining area boasting a large table and chairs for 8 persons, and a well-equipped, luxurious open-concept kitchen.
