A delightful modern villa with 5 bedrooms and private garden with pool, close to the beach and night life of Juan Les Pins.
A beautiful property located just a stroll away from the beach and the nightlife of Juan Les Pins, yet in a secluded and quiet lane on the Cap d'Antibes. Villa Solar is set on three floors and offers bright and airy accommodation.
From the drive a fly of stairs leads to an imposing wooden door opening onto the ground floor. There is a spacious open plan living and dining area with veranda and wall to wall sliding doors allowing plenty of light to flood in. The modern fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining terrace overlooking the pool and garden. On this floor is also an en-suite double bedroom. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom and large balcony overlooking the sea and port Galice is located on the first floor. Three additional double bedrooms can be found on the garden level which is fully contained and opens onto the pool and garden through sliding doors. A laundry room is located on the same level and a recreation area with sofas make it the perfect area for young children and a nanny or teenagers. From the dining terrace, stairs lead down to the flat lawn garden and free form pool. The villa is accessed through electric gates, there is secured parking for 2 cars.
