Newly built, the rustic-style modern holiday villa is surrounded by nature and is situated in a luxury residence less than 10 minute’s drive from the vibrant heart of Menaggio.
Groups of 6 can easily relax and unwind in their own exclusive villa retreat, with three floors of high-quality contemporary modern accommodation to enjoy. Complemented with under floor heating, the interior offers a cosy and inviting place to stay in any season, and has been furnished with both style and comfort in mind.
The spacious open plan living area offers a fabulous setting in which guests can come together to eat, relax and socialize. A chic sitting area is equipped with a flat screen TV for guest’s enjoyment.
French doors lead directly out onto a spectacular large sunny lake view terrace with its own private unheated swimming pool (OPENING 1st JUNE) and extensive gardens providing an added touch of luxury for guests of all ages. A contemporary fitted kitchen is fully-equipped to answer all your needs, and is provided alongside a stylish dining area which boasts splendid lake views from its large picture window.
