Private parking is available for several medium-sized vehicles, especially those equipped with 4-wheel drive, to allow access in all weather conditions, as access can be slippery when it rains.
Breakfast service is included in the rate.
We generally send someone to provide service; we will provide you with their contact information so you can coordinate a time that best suits your needs for breakfast.

Two swimming pools offering two different atmospheres, one for children or non-swimmers, 1.20 cm deep.
Another swimming pool, seemingly suspended in nature, is located opposite the main villa for more experienced swimmers. It measures 14 meters long and 5 meters wide, with a 1.50-meter lane. A large access beach also allows mothers and children to enjoy this magnificent pool.
The main villa offers four air-conditioned bedrooms, an office area, two terraces, a barbecue area, and two lounge areas, spread over two levels.
The first level features a covered terrace providing a dining area for everyone, a first outdoor lounge area, a barbecue area with a water feature, a work surface, and a freezer to keep your food or drinks cool by setting it to refrigerate rather than freeze. It's up to you to organize your own activities.
A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a lounge area with a Smart TV. A bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.
A second bedroom with a king-size bed and an additional twin bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.
A utility room with storage space, ironing facilities, a washing machine and dryer combo, a laundry water point, a guest toilet, a voltage protector that will protect your electronic equipment from surges, and an inverter with its batteries to power the villa during general power outages in the village.
Please note that while the inverter is working, the air conditioners will not operate to prevent the batteries from draining too quickly and to allow the villa to be powered for 2 to 6 hours without you noticing.
On the second level, accessible either from the outside or from the living room via a wooden staircase, there is a second indoor living area, an air-conditioned bedroom equipped with two queen-size beds and a smart TV, a balcony with a sea view terrace, a large dressing room, and an office area, with a private bathroom.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, storage space, and a private bathroom, with access to a covered outdoor terrace.
A second outdoor lounge area, a small table for 4 people, a play area, and the main feature of this villa, its heated jacuzzi, for 6 people, always with a sea view.

A two-story bungalow offers two additional bedrooms to those of the main villa.
One bedroom, slightly below the pool level, accessible by a staircase, with a sea view, is equipped with a queen-size bed, a private bathroom with toilet, a kitchenette, and a terrace with a seating area for 2 people.
On the upper floor, which is on the same level as the large swimming pool, there is a bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed, a dressing room, a kitchenette, and a small smart TV lounge for two people, with an outdoor seating area.

Condominium Rules and booking conditions
For each reservation, please indicate the number of vehicles present during your stay. No additional vehicles will be allowed. The number of authorized vehicles is limited to 5.
From 10 p.m vehicle transit is prohibited. Access to La Loma remains closed to all vehicles without a beep to open the gate. It is forbidden to honk the horn to open the gate.
The use of loudspeakers is strictly prohibited, no exceptions are permitted. All parties are prohibited.
From 10 p.m all noise pollution must be stopped; shouting and yelling must cease. If this is not respected, we will be obliged to take the necessary measures to evict you from the premises.
To confirm your reservation, you must confirm that you accept the condominium rules and that you agree to sign a document stating these rules upon your arrival on site You must also provide us with your identity papers, passport, or Dominican cedula of the person who made the reservation.
The person who made the reservation must be present on site for the entire duration of the stay. We will not give the keys to a different person, nor will we authorize entry to any other person.
Upon arrival, before entering the villa, you will be asked to sign a document stating that you have understood and accepted the rules of decency of the co-ownership. Without a signature, we will not give you access to the villa.
A uniformed security guard will be on site every night from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. He or she is there to ensure your safety, compliance with the villa's operating standards, and adherence to the condominium rules you previously agreed to. He or she must notify us of any malfunctions so that we can intervene and take appropriate action.

Included in the Price for a minimum of 8 nights:
Internet Wifi, local cable TV, Housekeeping entry, exit and one time in the middle of your stay with change of bed linen. If necessary, a washing machine is available for your personal laundry and the rest of the household linen, such as towels, swimming pool or kitchen towel.
Gardener and pool maintenance.
For a stay of less than 8 nights, we will not provide cleaning services.
Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your charge during your stay. We check the meter on arrival and departure.
Only your consumption in Kilo Watt is invoiced to you at the legal rate in force in the village.
This sum is recovered in cash the day you leave the house.
The price per kilo watt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD
We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure.
In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment.
The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you.

A digital code safe is at your disposal, in the main house on the second floor. In case of forgetting the code or losing the key, we will ask you to pay for the change of the latter – 150 USD
