The kitchen is discreetly integrated into this space of large volumes. A bedroom with en-suite shower room and guest WC completes the ground floor level and enjoys a view of the garden to the West. Upstairs, a large panoramic terrace of around fifty square meters overlooks the greenery and Lake Geneva, cleverly shaded in the second half of the afternoon by the vegetation of the neighboring golf course. On the lower level, 3 bedrooms with bedding (140*200) plunge into the garden through large openings and benefit from 2 large bathrooms. A fourth blind bedroom, converted into a "panic-room" according to Swiss standards, is acclaimed for the imperturbable calm that reigns there.
