External spacious dedicated spaces for each house, the patios, the exclusive access roads, and the fantastic views from all parts internally and externally, provide the possibility of a real relaxation in a safe and pleasant environment.
The whole villa is 157 sq.m. with a private 2000 sqm plot, a private entrance, covered and open terraces, three parking spaces, a unique view to Antiparos and Sifnos.
