Positive: Well-equipped apartment with a nice pool and parking space.
Negative: The apartment was not properly cleaned. There was sand on the floor and we found several cockroaches. It probably doesn't help that the apartment is in an area with ongoing construction, which meant that construction noise started at 7 AM. There was debris flying around from neighbouring buildings, including in the pool. You are charged an extra cleaning fee, but you are still required to remove the bed linen yourself and dispose of your garbage. The handover documentation was only available in Dutch, which I don't speak.
