Entering the villa you find an open plan living-dining room and kitchen that converge at the same level and leads to the terrace.
The terrace has 4 meters and overlooks the pool. This is furnished with a beautiful outdoor table that is the perfect place to enjoy long dinners with family or friends.
The Porcelanosa kitchen has been carefully designed with the latest innovations in the market: PANDO wine cooler, NEFF ceramic hob, SIEMENS appliances and GROHE faucets that make the water drinkable.
On the same floor the living-dining room has all the home comforts where you can live the life you have always dreamt of.
