The villa overlooks the sea and is located in a strategic position, just 3 km far from sandy beaches and the center of Pesaro, a lively and dynamic city with rich museums, Renaissance palaces, villas, ancient churches and the Rossini theatre, which hosts every August the highly anticipated Rossini Opera Festival dedicated to opera music. In a short time it is also possible to reach the splendid ducal city of Urbino, the villages of Gradara, Candelara, Fiorenzuola di Focara and the Republic of San Marino. Perfect for those traveling with children and pets, this holiday house has a garden of over 800 square meters, including an outdoor dining area, brick barbecue and playing field. The moments of leisure and relaxation continue in the salt water swimming pool, divided into two sections, one of which is equipped with a double hydromassage function with shallow water, for greater safety of children. The area is ideal for both nature walks, with easy-to-follow paths and bike tours, along the lines of the Bicipolitana that runs through the entire city. For a unique food experience, plunge into the flavours and aromas of Pesaro cuisine with tastings in the vineyard, fish lunches on boat and cocktails at sunset with your feet on the sand.
