Offering a beautiful panorama over the Adriatic Sea and islands Hvar and Brač, and yet only a short 5 minutes drive away from the center of Makarska on east and Baška Voda and Brela on west, the villa is the outstanding contemporary and modern house over 4 floors, and the décor has been inspired by the elements of the sea. Calming colors, stones and elements of ancient history create a relaxing atmosphere.
Villa offers a 340 m2 of living space on 4 levels, garden with a huge private, heated swimming pool and barbecue.
On the ground floor is the spacious living room with an open-space kitchen and an exit to the terrace with pool and sunbeds and one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a toilet.
