On the south side of the Rovaniemi town, close to the city services, by the Kemijoki beach, distance to the beach 11 m, river width 700 m, shallow beach, hard, rocky bottom, dock, stairs to the dock, own boat.
A wooden semi detached apartment, built in 1986, renovated and extended 2008. Living room, kitchen (no door).
