The outdoor area was completely revised, the terraced Mediterranean garden was enriched by a charming swimming pool surrounded by greenery and a dining area with brick barbecue. Leaving the gate of the property, immediately below the road, you will find the quiet Bagno beach, a free pebble beach, very quiet and not very crowded even in the height of summer.

Sea View Villa - sleeps 10 on two levels
The villa consists of two twin apartments, of approximately 100 m2 each, on two floors. Each apartment has an independent entrance and newly installed air conditioning, as well as shared private parking for up to three cars. The garden, the swimming pool and the furnished terraces all around are common to the two apartments and the villa is rented as a single property, the two apartments are not rented separately.
The ground floor apartment consists of a large living room open on three sides and overlooking the garden, separate kitchen, large disengaged bathroom with tub and shower, a double bedroom and a triple bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

- SMALL pets allowed ONLY with a cleaning supplement of €30 (maximum 2 per booking)
- deposit (mandatory): 1000.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- extra change of bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- it is strictly forbidden, as in all our properties, to smoke inside them
