Positive: It was a nice small room for a couple of people. It was a studio apartment. It was clean and comfortable. The host provided a lot of small details for example shampoo, coffee, salt pepper, cooking oil etc. the hosts were very pleasant people.
Negative: This property is located in a quiet residential area outside of the city. Driving to the city and other sites is required. We visited Sept 23rd. And a house was being built next door so overnight the windy conditions knocked over construction scaffolding which made a lot of noise. Also the people above our studio made noise late at night and early in the morning while packing to leave. This is just people being inconsiderate of others in an apartment setting.
Summary: Lovely studio apartment in a residential area.
