Beautiful and recently renovated 'Maison de Maitre'. Perfect location, situated just on the edge of the village of Bagnères-de-Luchon. Magnificent views of the mountains toward the Port de Venasque. Very quiet and surrounded by a beautiful park but still at walking distance from the town center and the ski lift, with a bakery just outside the gate. The house has a lot of character and yet is very comfortable and convenient. The beautifully landscaped garden has a swimming pool and spa.
The villa has a large living room with two seating areas and a fireplace, a study, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, laundry room and six double bedrooms, five bathrooms and sleeps a total of 12 adults and 3 children.
It has a large, private garden, with a gated driveway. The grounds slope up a hill partially overlooking Luchon. Sloping up, the garden is beautifully landscaped on several levels, starting with a lawn, then the swimming pool and spa area and finally reaching the terrace at the house.
