Für die Saison 2024 kommt unsere Villa erstmals in die Vermietung. Sie befindet sich direkt an der wunderschönen und exclusiven Bucht Duboka unweit von dem kleinen Ort Milna auf der Insel Brac. Ein paar Stufen führen Sie direkt zur Dubokabay und zu Ihrer Badeplattform mit eigenem Bootsanleger.
Genießen Sie schöne Momente am kristallklaren und türkisblauen Wasser mit Blick auf die Inseln Hvar und Vis.
Das schicke, luftige und lichtdurchflutete Innere der Villa mit offenem Wohnbereich ist hochwertig mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer.
Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Die Villa ist für bis zu 6 Personen geeignet. Im Untergeschoss befinden sich 2 identische Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Bad (Dusche/WC). Die Zimmer haben jeweils einen eigenen Zugang über die Terrassentür. Auf dieser Ebene befindet sich auch der Pool mit Außendusche und Liegestühlen.
Im Erdgeschoß der Villa befinden sich die offene Küche sowie der weitläufige und lichtdurchflutete Wohn- und Essbereich mit Sat-TV und HiFi-Anlage sowie ein Badezimmer. Im Erdgeschoss führt eine Innentreppe zur Empore (für Erwachsene), welche zum Wohnraum offen ist. Hier befindet sich ebenfalls ein Bett, von dem man den wunderschönen Sternenhimmel genießen kann.
Über das Esszimmer oder vom Garten aus gelangen Sie direkt zur Chillounge mit Außenküche und Bar. Hier können Sie leckere Gerichte zubereiten und unvergessliche Sonnenuntergänge über dem Meer genießen.
Ein paar Stufen führen auf die eigene Badeplattform mit Sonnenschirm und Liegen. Von hier aus können Sie am eigenen Bootsanleger ein Boot festmachen und direkt herrliche Bootstouren genießen.
Handtücher werden 1x wöchentlich gewechselt.
