The property is located in a very quiet and well ventilated. There are two full kitchens with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven for guests. One of these is outside next to the pool near a bathroom with a shower with hot water, everything is finished by a large table to dine outdoors and not least a comfortable lounge for your moments relaxing by the pool related to beds, chairs and umbrellas and surrounded by large hedges of flowers and plants with much lawn at your disposal. The interior of the house is comfortable, the spaces are large species such as those common room and the loft great to relax. Rooms are related to bathroom. Adjacent to the kitchen is a comfortable porch with a table and chairs to dine. Guests who have come so far have raved about the place and the house but most of the convenience it offers ... then tell you that you look ... oh I forgot we are about seven kilometers away from the fabulous white beaches, about fifteen by Castiglioncello and the wonderful area Quercetano where there is a wonderful coast. Possibility of boat trips along the beautiful Etruscan coast.

Summary: On the whole we found this an excellent home for a family group of seven covering three generations A lovely large house with an excellent large swimming pool . The pool is set away down a few steps from the main house . There is a nice kitchen , covered eating area , plus shower and lavatory next to the pool . Minor criticisms of this area were we could not make the microwave work , there was no electric kettle and it was sometimes inconvenient carrying thing to and fro between this area and the main house . However overall we thought this poolside area was very nice and used it a lot . The house itself is large and comfortable . The owners were most helpful . However we found it difficult to find the house on the first day . The instructions were not very clear and the only contact phone number we had was with the non English speaking owner. Unfortunately I do not speak Italian . Never the less these are minor criticisms in relation to such a nice house and pool. We have rented several properties over recent years albeit in France not Italy , but this was definitely the best . Tim Williams
