Huge, modern villa for 6, with private pool, in peaceful mountain hamlet of few neighbours.
The spacious villa counts with a large infinity salt pool, an outdoor dining area with a charcoal barbecue and all kinds of modern features to make your holiday comfortable.
There are 4 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed and 2 with one individual bed each. One of the double bedrooms counts with an ensuite bathroom with a shower and there are two more bathrooms for general use (one with a shower and one with a bathtub and a shower). There is an additional bathroom with a shower, outside, next to the washing room beneath the pool.
Entering the villa, a few steps lead up to the first bedroom, which counts with a double bed, a TV, playstation 2 (with games), a billiard/air hockey table, a wardrobe, study desk and CD/cassette player. On this floor, we also find the two individual bedrooms. Both count with one individual bed (one of them adjustable), a large study desk, a wardrobe and a window to the quiet driveway. These three rooms share two of the bathrooms.
Further up the stairs, we arrive to the second floor. Here we find the main double bedroom, with the en-suite shower room. This room also has mountain views to the East. It counts with a huge wardrobe and central heating. On this floor we also find the spacious living- and dining room, the kitchen, terraces and the pool. The seating area counts with a sofa, two comfortable arm chairs and two pouffes, a merely decorative fireplace (not for use), a TV, pool views on the backside and a 16m2 terrace to the East, to enjoy breakfast at sunrise. The dining area counts with a large dining table and 6 chairs. The terrace chairs can be used for a larger group. The dining area leads to the kitchen and to the garden terrace. The kitchen counts with a large cooking isle with an induction hob and a vertical extractor hood, a dishwasher, an electric oven, a microwave, osmosis for drink water, a toaster, a coffee machine, a water boiler and pool view.
The garden is divided in three heights. The first terrace is a large 12x4m terrace with a dining table for 6 and another for 4 persons, with enough chairs for everyone. There is a charcoal barbecue. The second height is the infinity salt pool, which measures about 7x8m, with a depth of 1,70m. Three steps lead comfortably into the pool, the first step forming a platform for the children to play. A 5x3m terrace beside the pool with 2 sunbeds and two chairs make a relaxing afternoon perfect for a drink or some sunbathing, while the children play in the pool. The next height is normally used to set a table for 4, to have a drink or enjoy after-dinner conversation under the starry sky.
On the first terrace, underneath the pool, the is a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, as well as a shower room to wash of the salt after bathing.
The house is equipped with wifi, air conditioning and central heating. There is a wooden baby bed and a high chair, only available on previous request, for a child up to two years old. For an additional cot and highchair package, there would be an additional cost.
The area is a natural area at the very foot of the Tramuntana Mountain Range. The hamlet of Binibona consists of a few rural tourism residences and some neighbours. There are no shops or other services. There is a restaurant at the entrance of the hamlet, inside New Can Furios Hotel, with a beautiful interior garden terrace, which offers a high quality tasting menu in the evening (only by previous booking before 16.00), and a menu from the card at midday. In the nearest villages of Moscari or Caimari (both at 2km from the villa) you will find a small shop for basic necessities, and in Selva (4km) you will find a bigger supermarket and a pharmacy. In Inca (6km) you will find any other services, as well as bigger supermarkets, ATM’s, a hospital, etc.
Binibona is a perfect whereabout for cyclists and hikers, as there are lots of routes in the neighbourhood, or for families looking for a quiet holiday in a well-connected area, to visit all corners of the island easily.

Before arrival, we will ask you for your arrival- and departure times at the airport of Palma.
Check-in normally takes place between 16.00 - 23.00 and check-out between 8.00 - 10.00. Should you arrive later or leave earlier, please inform us a few days before arrival. An early check-in or a late check-out depend on availability, and have an extra cost. In any case it should be requested by email/messaging 5 or 6 days before arrival/departure.
