This charming, fully renovated villa is located within walking distance (less than 1 km) from the idyllic Provencal village of Tourtour.
The villa is finished with high quality materials and a lot of taste. You can stay here comfortably with a group of up to 8 people. Several patios and terraces open up the interior to the outside and provide a very relaxed atmosphere.
Villa Clos de la Colle is a very spacious villa with a perfectly finished interior, a beautifully landscaped symmetrical garden with a large swimming pool, jeu de boules area, ping pong table and cozy lounge area.
The view from the garden over the valley is just breathtaking!
This authentic villa is located on a plot of 3000 m². You enter the domain through a wrought iron gate where there is parking for up to 5 cars. The Provencal style of the house, with its round facade, is immediately noticeable.
A stylish front door gives access to the entrance that flows into the living area. This room consists of the kitchen with a central cooking island and spacious breakfast table. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities you could wish for during a holiday: dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, hob, microwave and all smaller necessities. To the right is the sitting area with comfortable sofas and television. The height of the room, with its wooden vault, makes everything very airy. Adjacent to the living area, in the round wing of the house, there is a large multi-purpose room with an office area.
From here there is a round staircase to a bedroom on the first floor. The bedroom has a double bed and an annex bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a steel wall with glass. From the bedroom you reach a sunny, completely private roof terrace. Wonderful to wake up in the morning with a coffee in hand.
Back in the living room downstairs, you walk on the right to a second sleeping area. First you have a beautifully finished bathroom with fitted stylish cupboards, a spacious sink, toilet, built-in bath and a walk-in shower. The bathroom is open plan with the bedroom and also has a high vaulted ceiling. A double bed is central to the room and overlooks the garden and covered terrace. French doors lead directly onto this terrace.
On the other side of the living area you have a third sleeping area with a long central hallway with built-in cupboards running the entire length. There will certainly be no shortage of storage space. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, connect to this corridor but also to the terrace on the other side. There is a communal bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and double sink. In the hallway there is a separate toilet.
All rooms have a bed of 160 x 200 cm. The entire house has an electrically controlled roller shutter system to keep the heat out and to darken the rooms. Moreover, the sun does not shine directly inside as there is a covered terrace area on the south of the house, so there is no need for air conditioning.
Once outside you see the grandeur of the house with its various covered terraces. There is a dining table for 8 people, a gas BBQ, a breakfast table and a fully integrated lounge area. Ideal to stay and chat with your group until the late hours.
The large swimming pool is centrally located in the garden and has a size of 11 m by 5 m. The depth goes from approximately 1 m to 2 m. There are sufficient sun loungers and parasols to fully enjoy the good climate and the view over the valley!
There is also a jeu de boules area for enthusiasts and table tennis.
Villa Clos de la Colle is located along a rural road with no through traffic. You can easily reach the center of Tourtour from here, even on foot, knowing that it goes up steeply. In the center of Tourtour you will find a local bakery, local shops and nice restaurants. It is not without reason that it is known as one of the most beautiful villages in Provence.
From Tourtour you can quickly connect to the enormous nature reserve of the Verdon and Le Lac de Sainte-Croix. In addition to admiring this natural phenomenon, it also offers many sports options, such as kayaking, pedalo, hiking...
Further south of the village of Tourtour there are other interesting villages to visit, such as Lorgues, Cotignac, Salernes…
If you prefer a day at the sea, you can reach Sainte-Maxime in an hour's drive, for example.
