Villa Castelvecchio is nestled among the olive trees and woods of Colle di Buggiano, a small Medieval village in the Tuscan hills. The property is located along the Cessana torrent, surrounded by a garden with several plants and flowers. Inside the garden you will find some terraces, a ping-pong table, tables and seats where you can relax while reading a good book under the shade of trees.
Moreover there are two barbecues, ideal for preparing tasty grills with friends.
The outdoor spaces are embellished by a lovely pool (13.3 x 5.5 m - depth 1.45 m), nestled in the greenery and equipped with gazebo, dining table, chairs, sun loungers and external shower.
Finally, at guests' disposal an uncovered private parking (for 4 cars), and a laundry room (with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron).
The property manager lives in a dependance inside the villa and, when he is present, will be happy to help you in case of need, and will respect your privacy.
Internal Description
Perfectly restored, Villa Castelvecchio is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 10 people, has 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms (including two with air conditioning and two with ceiling fans).

Ground floor: On the ground floor there is a tavern, furnished in a rustic style and divided into two areas: a kitchen (fully equipped with oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster), and a living area with 2 dining tables for 12 people, sofa, armchair and fireplace.
First floor: The first floor – accessed climbing some stairs– houses a spacious living room with fireplace, wooden bookcase, 4 sofas and tv. Then you will find 3 elegant double bedrooms characterized as follows: 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, and 1 bedroom with wardrobe and large ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Going up a few steps you can reach the suite, set on 2 levels: on the lower level is a sitting room with fireplace, armchair and two single beds (to be used if necessary); on the upper level there is the master bedroom with wardrobe and desk, and a large bathroom with double sinks, double windows and hot tub.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (100.00€); breakfast 5.00€ per person; lunch/dinner of your choice from the menu (50.00-70.00€ per person); cooking course (70.00€ per person, including lunch/dinner after course); wine tasting; the wine cellar can only be used for dinners with chef (upon request); CAI trails; relaxing massages (60.00€/1 hour).
