Very attractive villa in a calm and sunny location at Monte Corona in Beniarbeig, with amazing views to the valley, the sea and the green mountains. At 10 minutes by car from the beaches and at 5 minutes from the village centre. All on just one floor, the villa offers space for 4 persons and is distributed in 2 double bedrooms, 2 shower bath rooms, a large, bright lounge with dining area, a modern and completely fitted american kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, a beautiful porch with direct access to the pool area and another terrace just out of the dining area for having breakfast. The pool terrace offers a lot of space for sun bathing and for enjoying the tranquillity and the most beautiful views. Further, there are also an outdoor shower and a BBQ area. The villa and the terraces have just been re-equipped and tastefully furnished. There is air conditioning hot/cold in all the rooms and the lounge as well as the two bedrooms have sat-TV (Astra).
