It was built in the 60s for an English Lord and is surrounded by a cork, oak and pine forest. After renovation, complete renovation and refurnishing in a new atmosphere the Casa Krone now offers a villa with two large, exclusive apartments (penthouse / penthouse and Beletage) and a studio apartment.
The rooftop apartment for max. 6 people and with a size of approximately 70m2 is due to the hillside to reach a separate entrance via a few steps from the back of the villa. The apartment consists of 1 living room with 2 sofa beds, 1 separate kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower / toilet, a small separate terrace outside the double bedroom and a large, equipped with patio furniture rooftop terrace with magnificent sea views.
The 150m2 apartment is furnished exclusively and features quality amenities such as a 5-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, satellite TV.
