Positive: The house is in the best location and the size is great for a family of 4. The pool area is beautiful and the layout of the house and parking is all great. The landlord is friendly and helpful. Walking distance to beaches and nice restaurants. Can't fault the location.
Negative: It is suppose to be a luxury villa and it is very expensive but the house feels like an old ikea showroom and the landlord only gives you 1 small and 1 large towel per person which is far from great, no hand towels (you end up having to dry your hands after toilet on same towel you wash your face with. ) Only 1 bath mat in each bathroom which looks like they been 10 years old. The landlord told me Spain has restrictions on leaving washing up liquids etc for guests but he still left 2 pods for dishwasher but nothing for washing the clothes. With paying all this money per week I expected to not have to buy Toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, washing powder etc and having to keep washing bathroom towels to keep fresh. Also the bedding and pillows could do with an upgrade. The house is cute and the pool area is done to a luxury standard but the furnishing in the house inside feels like it has been done to the cheapest possible standard if that makes sense. All sofas have cheap ikea throws on them. Loved the location and house but would wish the landlord would upgrade the inside of house. Shower pressure is good but constantly switches from cold to warm and doesn't retain temperature.
Summary: Great location and cute house but not a luxury house.
