The villa is situated minutes from the charming town of Ano Mera, the home of the beautifully restored 16th century Panagia Tourliani Monastery and a place where you will instantly relax and get a feel for the real Mykonos. With a panorama of meticulous, stunning beaches, serene architecture and blissful tranquillity, Villa Benediktos is perfect for an extended family or friends holiday.
The design of Villa Benediktos is interesting and graceful. With curved, wave-like walls everywhere, beamed ceilings, romantic touches and plenty of space, the villa oozes calming appeal. There are five fantastic, luxurious bedroom suites plus one twin bedroom, suitable for children. Each of the bedroom suites enjoys a lavish ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as its own idyllic, quiet balcony for some individual space. The bedroom suites all have a television.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is exquisite with a stunning, unique seating arrangement, an exceptional kitchen and a lovely dining area. There are reminders of the sea everywhere; the chalk-white waved walls, warm pebbles, stone walls, beamed ceilings and driftwood mirrors.
It is hard to beat the interior of this villa though probably the outside space just has the edge. The landscaped garden surrounds the pool and terrace offering spectacular sea views. A pampering jacuzzi hot tub is next to the new, heated swimming pool, surrounded by deluxe loungers and parasols. You can relax with your holiday book, listening to the sophisticated, surround sound, home entertainment system covering the villa and pool area. The outdoor shower is trendy and stylish. The top sunbathing spot will be the double lounger. You might have to have a rota! Next to the villa is a fantastic outdoor kitchen with a gas-fired barbecue, outdoor lounge furniture, alfresco dining for 12 and a fully stocked outdoor bar, all covered by an attractive pergola. The furniture is all stylish and comfortable. It is such a wonderful place for fabulous summer dinners whilst listening to your favourite music and watching the sun go down!

Villa Benediktos is located just minutes from the charming, idyllic village of Ano Mero. With its white walls splashed with vivid colours, its cosy cafes, charming restaurants and centuries-old Panagia Tourlaina and Paleokastro Monasteries, Ano Mero is delightful. The narrow, winding alleyways are filled with a variety of shops, boutiques and jewellers.
Mykonos Town is 11km away. Also known as Hora, the town is a maze of narrow lanes, lined with old picturesque churches, restaurants serving delicious Greek and cosmopolitan cuisine, label-laden boutiques and quirky art galleries. Colourful bougainvillaea decorates the lanes and contrasts vividly with the whitewashed buildings. Hora is fantastic for shopping for souvenirs through to designer goods. The dining scene rivals any Greek island. The Mykonos Antanaclasis Festival takes place at the open-air theatre and the Grypario Cultural Centre, just south of Mykonos Town. It showcases the moods of different artists and musical styles including classical, jazz and Greek numbers alongside acclaimed soloists and ensembles. The Agia Paraskevi Festival in July transforms Mykonos Town with parties and dancing and a procession to honour Saint Agia Paraskevi. A tightrope of crazy paving is all that separates the candy-coloured buildings from the breaking waves in the colourful Little Venice. Its a firm favourite with the well-heeled with waterfront bars, cafes, tavernas and brilliant sunsets.
Whether you are looking for a massive stretch of sugar-white sand or a tiny, secluded cove lapped by turquoise waters, Mykonos has a beach to suit you. There are 25 in all, and two special beaches are on the doorstep of Villa Benediktos. Kalafatis Beach is very popular with families and those who enjoy watersports. There is a windsurf centre as well as a watersports centre. Kalo Livadi Beach is also very close to the villa and is popular with children wanting to kayak. It is quieter than some of the beaches. Paradise Beach and Super Paradise Beach are the main party beaches with buzzing beach bars and nightly famous DJ’s at the clubs.
