Positive: Excellent location and views. Lovely pool and jacuzzi. Sauna toilet and shower by the pool. Good wifi everywhere due to mesh routers. Garage for my car. Extra parking if you have more cars. Restaurant Los Angeles a 20 min. walk UP the hill does very good meals and it's downhill on the way back. Nice welcome pack. Maria was very responsive to any questions. It was expensive for 2 of us but would be good value for 10.
Negative: Tepanjaki grill was OK for the two of us, but I think it would be small for 10 people. There is no BBQ.
