Summary: The location of The Wind House was amazing! However, the air conditioner wasn't working. We complained several times and each time we were told it was fixed, which it wasn't. It was so hot that even with the windows open we couldn't sleep. We complained again and again they told us it was fixed. Then it started leaking so much that it flooded the kitchen. That is when they finally replaced the unit and we had one day of cold air. The shower head holder was also broken, along with the shower seal, which caused a flood every time we showered. The window cover in the bathroom window was missing, so anytime someone walked by they could see you in the bathroom. Not once did they offer a refund or even an "I'm sorry". Unacceptable!!
