Positive: the location, the architecture of the house
Negative: For starters, the house did not have towels, it had some IKEA tissues that would be soaked immediately. It had no towels and no tissues at all for the pool. So everyone had one tissue each. We had yo use the same for bath and pool for 6 days. The beds did not have blankets just a thin layer of sheets which during April is not enough to warm up in the night. The house would be cold at night because there was no heating. The aircondioning did not work at any room but one. The warm water was not enough for 12 people let alone when we were 14 for three of the nights. We asked for extra 2 people and they charged us per night but without providing the room ready and the according basic needs for those people such as pillows, towels and blanket. Only after calling 2 times and with their frustration we got to have them towards the end of the day. We had multiple issues with electricity, water, bathrooms, where technicians had to come over while we were there. We were missing basic stuff like hand soap, paper etc and there was no refil and no cleaning within 6 days of renting this house. It was hard to ask for things to be done, the host was not happy to be called when something would happen and the house was not ready to be rent at all. Finally, the day of checkout there was a french lady who did not speak any english that came before 10am frustrated who started knocking on our rooms to wake everyone up and kick us out. Despite the fact that the check out is officially at 11 am and after communication in the previous day when we said we would leave at 12pm. Too much hassle, inconvenience and too many phone calls for this house. I had to deal with 3 different people for this house and still did not manage to solve all the issues we cam across. Would not recommend it.
Summary: Too many issues, inconvenience and lack of basic needs to worth a stay of this price.
