Elegant villa with gorgeous gardens close to Alcúdia. Villa Arías is a sunny and welcoming holiday home close to the sandy beaches of the Alcúdia bay and Playa de Muro.
Villa Arías is at only about 3 kilometres distance from the Alcúdia Bay and the beach. Both Port Alcúdia and the town of Alcúdia are only a short drive away.
Alcúdia has a very nice historic old town with pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafés and good shopping facilities. The marina Puerto Alcúdia has a nice seafront promenade with shops and restaurants from fine dining to family friendly and offers a wide selection of water sports activities. The seaside resort along the beach has nightlife, restaurants and leisure activities for all tastes and age groups. The bay is famous for its fine sandy beach and the shallow waters. Wind- and kite surfers will find excellent conditions!
The old town of Pollença is particularly beautiful. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

Inside, the villa is laid out on 2 floors. On the ground floor there are a spacious lounge, a separate kitchen and 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a double bedroom, the other one a twin bedroom and both are sharing a family bathroom with bathtub + shower. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor with the master bedroom with its bathroom en-suite and a private terrace offering lovely views over the pool and gardens - the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed sun downer after a long day at the beach or at the pool. The interiors have been carefully decorated and furnished, making wide use of natural wood and traditional Mallorcan elements, yet maintaining a modern and light feeling.
All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning, which is running on a timer. Operating hours are: 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 am.
The style and the Mediterranean flair of the house is perfectly continued outside. The large pool is surrounded by extensive gardens with lawns, shrubs, trees and flowers. There is a large terrace complete with lounge furniture and a dining table overlooking the garden and the pool. There is also enough space in front of the house to park 2 or 3 cars.
Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request.
