Welcome to Villa Anandi a tranquil and relaxing place to stay. As you walk through the entrance gate you will instantly feel at peace with the contemporary pool and tropical gardens. There is a large covered north east facing alfresco dining area that overlooks the pool. Large Bi-fold doors lead to the lounge, dining and kitchen area. There is also another north facing outdoor space off the kitchen where the webber bbq and herb garden are located.
Villa Anandi is located just 200 m walk Buddina Beach, away from the crowds at Mooloolaba and Maroochydore. Buddina beach is also patrolled 500 m further south at Kawana Surf Club. The surf club also has a bistro and bar.
A beachfront walkway takes you to Point Cartwright, a spectacular headland with sweeping 360 degree views and the Point Cartwright Lighthouse. Further along the walk you come to the mouth of the Mooloolah River and La Balsa parklands.

Summary: Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in this immaculate home, beautifully prepared by Pete and Amanda with every thing we could possibly need. This included linen, plenty of towels, a welcome basket of goodies and many pantry staples and condiments. Although not air conditioned, the ceiling fans and sea breeze coming through the modern louvres kept us cool and there was always the sparkling private pool we could use any time of the day. Villa Anandi is close to the beach, shops and parks, has a good TV with sound system and lots of games. Our lovely hosts even provided some toys for our toddler grandson including a trio of tiny rubber ducks in the main bathroom with its full size bath and generous supply of toiletries. Other great features were the fantastic outdoor living area, free wi-fi, coffee maker, extra fridge.... the inclusions were too numerous to describe. Highly recommended and we look forward to returning.
