Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The swimming pool was great, and the house in general is comfortable and cozy. The lady that is responsible to keep the place is very kind and helpful. Very good location, near great beaches and infrastructures. Although being near a road, the windows are new and isolate the noise.
Negative: The house definitely needs some restoration, especially the bathrooms, painting, and changing couches. Adding AC to the home will be very helpful also. Changing the park layout, because is very difficult to park a standard car inside the house. Sun loungers are also very old. The home also needs some deeper cleaning. I don't think that the house as it is right now, is worth the price asked. But no doubt that has lots of potential.
