The Space:
Villa Alta is located in Loíza, Puerto Rico. This 3rd story villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms has direct beach access, a communal family-friendly pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a beach volleyball court. Villa Alta is near some of the best beaches, rainforests, and tours the island offers.
IMPORTANT: This property is approximately 35-40 minutes from San Juan. We highly recommend renting a car as there are many activities within a 30-minute drive which you will not want to miss out on.
Please note: This apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator access.
LIVING AREAS
Enter Villa Alta, and you are greeted by the living room with a comfortable sofa and entertainment console with a smart TV. To the left-hand side of the living area is the balcony, where you can enjoy the nice breeze and a morning coffee. On the right-hand side of the living area, you have a fully equipped kitchen, a four-person dining table, and a second small balcony with BBQ.Please note there is no A/C in the living area, just in all bedrooms. Although, guests can enjoy ceiling fans in the living and dining area.
BEDROOMS
The bedrooms in Villa Alta depict a fresh and clean feel because of its garden oasis-inspired decor. The master bedroom has one queen-size bed, A/C, a full-size drawer, a large closet space, and a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a full-size bed, a spacious drawer, and a large closet. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed at the top and a full bed at the bottom with a pull-out twin bed.
KITCHEN
Villa Alta has a fully equipped kitchen with a bar table and stools. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave, stovetop, oven, coffee maker, and toaster. The dining table, which seats four, is conveniently located in front of the kitchen, so cooking and dining can become one social event. There is also access to the balcony from the dining area, which you can open to allow the fresh tropical breeze in.

GETTING AROUND
We strongly recommend renting a full-size car as there are many activities within a 30-minute drive which you will not want to miss out on. This property includes two (2) assigned parking spots.
AMENITIES
West Indies strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler.
West Indies provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel-size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
HOUSE RULES
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
NO PETS:No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated and you will be expelled from the property.
All bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.
Maximum occupancy of 7 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors.
Do not hang towels or clothes from the balcony or windows.
Do not wash white towels with colored beach towels. Any damaged towels will be charged from the security deposit.
Max. occupancy is strictly enforced, and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess; stained towels/linens will be charged.
Subletting not allowed
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
